The opportunity Project: Peru Reconstruction Government to Government programme consisting of 70+ schools, 15 hospitals and 20+ river basin, gully and drainage projects nationwide. This is an opportunity to work on a government to government programme that is providing PMO, programme and assurance to the Peruvian Government across over 100 construction projects nationwide. A major aspect of our scope is to provide the knowledge transfer and upskilling for the Peruvian ministries, leaving behind a best practice legacy long after our commission ends. Your responsibilities will include: - Doing internal forecasting with joint venture partners. - Providing accurate and timely data and information to satisfy all internal and external commercial/ financial audits. - Liaising with the client to ensure work orders are in place, signed and agreed. - Being central point for all programme income and costs. - Invoicing completed as per contract terms with an understanding of FX variance. - Managing and forecasting of joint venture income split. - Supporting to manage income and cost across the Joint Venture companies, monitoring current and projected cash inflows and outflows. - Providing accurate and timely data and information to satisfy all internal and external commercial/ financial audits. - Liaising with the client to ensure work orders are in place, signed and agreed. - Being central point for collation and review of all activity reports as required Organisation of relevant workstream lead sign offs for activity reports. - Liaising with the coordination hub for all JV partner invoicing and supporting documentation. - Being the central point of contact for closeout of client invoicing observations inclusive of the monthly report and BAU. - Directing liaison and supporting to the commercial director and commercial SME. - Giving inputs into project quality reporting and provision of commercial information for monthly PSR and other quality documentation. - Liaising and reporting with Mace Peru S.A.C finance manager. - Giving Inputs and creation of team timesheets for DIT. - Liaising with programme administrator for programme specific costs i.e accommodation/ travel. About you You have a relevant degree qualification and experience in a similar role. You have membership of, or working towards, RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent relevant professional institution in the country. You have knowledge of financial and commercial acumen, BREEAM, and renewable/sustainable materials and methods. You have knowledge of cost management processes including the use of cash flows, payment certificates and valuation. You have experience of commercial management of projects/ subcontracts and commercial reporting. You have previous experience of working in the construction industry or on major programmes/ projects and experience of working in a fast-paced project environment. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
